The most iconic restaurant chain Blue Foods, which manages brands like Copper Chimney, Noodle Bar, Bombay Blues; gets a new outpost of the most loved and renowned Copper Chimney to Bandra Kurla Complex… and this will be its 4th outlet. Every single Mumbaikar knows how close Copper Chimney has been to the heart…. i mean our first ever Tikka, Naan or Kebab was from this heree…The restaurant has been serving cuisines from the North West Frontier Province and Northern India since 1972.

How it all started…

Captivated by the gastronomic delights of the North West Frontier province and Northern India, Mr. Jagdish Kapur – a prominent Bollywood filmmaker and food connoisseurr, introduced a distinctive and exquisite culinary offering like never before to India. With this, he founded and began the journey that is today Copper Chimney with the first outlet in Worli, Mumbai, in the year 1972.

Serving flavorful and robust Indian dishes since its establishment in 1972, Copper Chimney has been India’s foremost culinary landmark for over three decades and continues to set new industry standards and benchmarks in Indian cuisine and hospitality.

One unique feature of the restaurant as we all remember as kids is its show kitchen or open kitchen wherein chefs are seen flipping the Roomali Rotis and preparing kababs and Indian breads on the traditional tandoor clay ovens.
