Razzberry Rhinoceros, Juhu
Remember Razzberry Rhinoceros? The iconic music venue comes back as a cultural hub.Known for supporting rock bands in the ‘90s, Razzberry Rhinoceros is now a cultural venue that goes beyond music. Last week, legendary Mumbai club Razzberry Rhinoceros opened its doors after a huge gap. The vibe now is much different with a lot of Mykonos white wash vibes. The new avatar of Razz Rhino, as it was fondly known, aims to accommodate much more just live music. It will host activities like yoga and Zumba sessions. “The idea is to create a cultural club”. Fondly referred to as ‘Razz’ in the 90s, the newly revamped place has finally opened up to the public after months of grueling decisions. The place popular with musicians and upcoming artists, Razz was the one-stop for rock and metal bands in those days. Revamped Razz is now a live performance venue with its performance area, wine bar and a coffee bistro, outside deck and an upstairs area which will be reserved for the members and loyalists. Sounds fancy eh!
The gig area which is inside this revamped garage is also the eating section otherwise. The menus for each of these areas, including the bar bites, have been crafted by TV chef and cookbook author Ranveer Brar, who needs no introduction. The bar will offer a ‘modern Indian’ grub think chicken gochujang tikka; kasundi prawns; and Hyderabadi biryani. The bistro and patio serve Mediterranean nosh including Turkish falafel; chargrilled pepper calamari; pork curry with apple couscous; shrimp risotto; and lamb tagine. The Deck’s kitchen makes dishes like masala cheddar toast; ghee roast chicken bao; beef chilli bao; curry leaf tikkas; Irani nalli; steamed sea bass with coconut; Hyderabadi kaleji kofta; Assamese bamboo chicken; malpua mille-feuille; and butterscotch kheer.

This cozy all- day café is well-known for its wide range of menu, quirky décor and comfort food. They serve alcohol as well. After winning hearts of a million they still grow on with the initial plan of serving comfort (good) food with quirky and cheerful ambiance at affordable price.
The menu will be undergoing a few changes but nothing drastic retaining the signature dishes and overall style of the cafe in general. We suggest you to keep this place in mind for your next weekend breakfast, lunch, brunch or dinner plans. See you there townies 🙂
